Who uses this data and what for?
Only the employees in the Cityway sales department has access to your data. It will enable us to send you the information you requested, our newsletter, invite you to our events, communicate with you on subjects in connection with MaaS and measure your satisfaction with your use of our services. It will not be used for any other purpose.
Where is your data stored and for how long?
We pay particular attention to the storage of your personal data that we collect in the sole aim of establishing commercial dialogue.
Your data is stored on servers in the countries of the European Union. In the event that we transfer your data to a country outside the European Union, we will put in place a risk analysis and organisational arrangements so that the data concerned benefit from equivalent protection.
Your data is stored for three years following the termination of the commercial relationship, the expiry of your subscription or the date on which we respond to your request for information. We do not collect data that is irrelevant in view of our reciprocal commercial relationship.
